Note also the PHYS Division Awards session (Tues., Aug. 20, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, Room 702 CCC) showcasing this year’s award winners. We especially recommend the talk by Prof. Xiaosong Li (12:10 PM), recipient of the 2024 Jack Simons Award in Theoretical Physical Chemistry, for “outstanding contributions in theoretical chemistry.” We congratulate Xiaosong on this well-deserved honor.
