Congratulations to Professor Edward Brothers on his election as a Fellow of the UK Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). Professor Brothers teaches in the Science Program at Texas A&M University at Qatar.
After receiving his Ph.D. in 2004 from the Pennsylvania State University and completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Rice University. Dr. Brothers joined the Qatar faculty and proceeded to led the Science Program from 2015 to 2019. His research interests focus on methods for elucidating reaction mechanism.
This prestigious honor recognizes researchers who have made a significant impact in the chemical sciences. The Royal Society of Chemistry, the world’s leading chemistry community, elects approximately 50 new Fellows annually worldwide.
